In relay competition, the coaches and trainers often try to fix the fastest runners for the beginning and the end as the speed at those stages can greatly impact the overall performance of the team.
It’s December and there’s a sense of relaxation in the air.
Business is winding down and probably closing for the year.
The question is, what did you plan to achieve at the beginning of the year? How far have you come? For a number of us, the zest and zeal had died down as the year progressed.
But all hope is not lost.
If you outline your goals and have split them into smaller bits, there surely must be something you can get done in the remaining 20 days.
Don’t give up or give in.
You can make this month the most profitable of 2016.

Start small and grow upwards.
There’s always room for improvement.
You should be better than you were yesterday. That’s the true definition of success.
When you finally accomplish a goal, you’d feel a sense of fulfillment and pride in yourself. This is a positive emotion that we all love to have.
No athlete crosses the finish line first and has a frown.
They beam with joy, excitement, and pride. The cameras flash, the fans cheer and for that moment, they experience a myriad of emotions, laughing, crying, jumping, running about in ecstasy, etc
This is important because you can say to yourself, “I did it!”
It will give you the needed momentum to begin 2017. I’m really excited about 2017. Like every athlete prepares for a major tournament, or every expectant mom prepares for the birth of a baby, so should we prepare for the new year.
What are you doing now to fully maximize the coming year?
Make a decision that 2017 will not be like 2016.
