The theme for the World Health Day this year is Depression.
Statistics show that women suffer from depression more than men.
A lot of this stems from the unrealistic expectations women have about themselves and their abilities.
Plus, the inability to take the time to care for themselves. Because it’s almost seen as a taboo if a woman does anything for herself.
The truth is, you cannot care for others more than you have cared for yourself.
You can’t be the best for others when you are sick, lonely and broken inside. It’s okay to seek help and healing so you can be your best self.
In celebrating World’s Health Day, let’s visit our Summit session with Dr. Ezinne Erhirhie as she shared valuable tips on how to stay productive while running a business or actively pursuing a career.
